1. 14-Day Manufacturing Warranty

Covers any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If the pendant or chain arrives with an issue, we’ll replace it.

2. Lifetime Plating Warranty (Stainless Steel Only)

All stainless steel pieces — including this Compass Pendant and Bar-Box chain — come with lifetime color and plating protection.

Materials like brass or 925 silver are not included under the plating warranty.
Damage caused by impact, bending, rough use, chemicals, or improper care isn’t covered.
