Our 7-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your Xoran jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
How to Return or Exchange
Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order ID and the reason for return/exchange.
Pack the item securely in its original box. We’ll arrange a courier pickup from your address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (3-5 working days) or ship your exchange (1-2 days).
Return Shipping
Return shipping cost is Rs 150, deducted from your refund. If you’re exchanging for a different product, return shipping is free — we cover it.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, used, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
6-Month Color Guarantee
If your Xoran jewelry loses its color within 6 months of normal use, we’ll replace it free of charge. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order ID and a photo of the item.
